On 12 August 2026, Learning Space Foundation conducted a career awareness programme at NKT High School & Junior College, Thane. Nearly 800 students from Grades 11 and 12 participated across four sessions led by Mr. Nitin Orayan, Founder of Learning Space Foundation. More than 50% of the students registered for the Udaan Project.
The programme focused on helping students move from awareness to readiness, from confusion to clarity, and from dreams to destinations. The college Principal, Ms. Manisha, and senior professors warmly welcomed the initiative and appreciated its use of digital technology to support students in making informed career choices

Nitin Orayan, Founder of Learning Space Foundation, delivered a keynote address during the launch of Axis Max Life Udaan, a youth empowerment initiative launched in collaboration with Learning Space Foundation to support students across Mumbai, Thane, and Palghar.

Speaking at the launch, he highlighted the importance of creating meaningful pathways for rural and semi-urban youth, who often face limited access to guidance, opportunities, and career exposure. He emphasized that talent exists across communities, but it needs to be recognized, nurtured, and given the right opportunities to grow. Nitin described Udaan as “a bridge of hope for rural and semi-urban youth who are often left behind due to lack of opportunity.” 

Learning Space Foundation partnered with the Global Tipping Point Summit (GTPS) to showcase the Sarvaprathamik Project Model and innovative approaches to joyful, participatory learning in rural primary schools. Nitin Orayan participated in the summit and addressed educators and participants on strengthening early and primary education through interactive learning methods and locally developed educational resources. 

Nitin Orayan delivered an inspiring talk, “Rural Empowerment – Challenges and Pathways,” for management students at IESMCRC. The 90-minute session explored the challenges faced by rural communities and discussed pathways towards education, empowerment, sustainable development and meaningful social change.

Nitin Orayan participated in a spiritual Satsang at Leaping Lotus Wellness Studio, engaging with yoga teachers and wellness practitioners in an immersive session on mindfulness, self-awareness and inner transformation. The gathering encouraged meaningful dialogue, conscious living and the deeper practice of yoga.

Nitin Orayan was invited as a Guest Speaker at an environmental conservation programme organised by Grassroots. The event marked the culmination of a week-long workshop for architecture students, focusing on rural environmental challenges, sustainability and practical solutions.

Nitin Orayan co-facilitated an intimate yoga and meditation session in San Francisco alongside renowned yoga teacher Chinnamasta. The interactive gathering encouraged participants to explore mindfulness, self-awareness and conscious living through meaningful dialogue and practical spiritual practices.

Nitin Orayan was invited as an Author Guest at S. M. Shetty International School, Powai, Mumbai, to inaugurate the school's Annual Book Reading Competition and Festival. The event brought together students and educators to celebrate reading, literature and the joy of discovering new ideas through books.
