About a Social Reformer
Nitin Orayan-Padukone was born and raised in Mumbai, India where he was educated and spent his early life pursuing a successful career in advertising and multi-media. From his youth Nitin was drawn to philosophical thought and spiritual study, and realized that material gains were not the means to true fulfilment.
After many years of struggle and self-searching, Orayan chanced upon the village of Ganeshpuri, a spiritual haven in rural Maharashtra, and the seat of the Nityananda Baba lineage. It was here that he found a deep connection, and was faced with his own spiritual awakening. During this time he penned his first book of spiritual insights titled “Integrate the Self” and followed his true calling into a life of Seva (sacred service). His connection to the native and tribal children of this remote area inspired him to start the educational non-profit “Learning Space Foundation” and devote his life to educational support and reform for the most underprivileged sections of rural society.
In his now 14 years of hands-on service to the community, Nitin has become a notable educator, public and motivational speaker, trainer, an advocate for personal self development, and improvement in Indian rural society,

On his tours of the USA in 2018 and 2019, Nitin Orayan met with Yoga students & teachers in several States, and conducted Satsangs, held discussions and book reading at the Yoga-Loka, Frenchtown New Jersey, Leaping Lotus and Wellness Center, Newark, and the Shiva Shakti Loka, San Francisco. He has been conducting private online spiritual guiding sessions for students across the world and is keen to spread the message of Seva Dharma as a way of life, through lectures and discourses.
